Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: (On-site / Hybrid / Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens
Create modern, consistent UI aligned with brand guidelines
Translate requirements into user-centered design solutions
Conduct UX research (user interviews, feedback, usability tests)
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Maintain and improve UI components and design systems
Deliver design assets and documentation for development handover
Continuously improve user experience based on analytics and feedback
Requirements
1+ years experience as UI/UX Designer (or strong portfolio)
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design and UX thinking
Experience using Figma (or similar tools)
Good understanding of usability and interaction design principles
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (nice to have)
Experience working with product teams and Agile environments
Familiarity with UX analytics tools
