Ridge Tech, a leading company in the field of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, is looking for a highly experienced and professional Sales Expert based in Damascus to lead client engagement and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, persuasive, and has a proven track record in selling advanced technology solutions to businesses.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and directly engage with potential business clients in a professional manner
Conduct high-level meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Deliver clear and convincing presentations of cybersecurity and AI solutions
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery
Contribute to market analysis and suggest improvements to sales strategies
✅ Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise solutions
Proven ability to meet targets and close high-value deals
Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good level of English (spoken, written, and reading)
Technical background or strong interest in cybersecurity and AI is a plus
