📢 We’re Hiring: Game Developer  – Onsite in Damascus, Qassa

At Pan-Code, we’re building games that combine creativity, technology, and impact. We’re a software and game development company based in Damascus – Qassa, and we’re looking for a talented Game Developer  to join our growing team.

 🎮 Position Details

* Title: Game Developer 
* Location: Onsite – Damascus, Qassa
* Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in 2D and 3D game development
* Game Engines: Unity (primary), Unreal Engine
* Platform Focus: Mobile (initially)

### 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Game Developer at Pan-Code, you will:

*  develop engaging *2D and 3D mobile games*
* Work closely with artists, designers, and fellow developers to bring game concepts to life
* Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay across different mobile devices
* Write *clean, maintainable, and well-documented code*
* Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and help shape the direction of our upcoming titles

✅ What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Proficiency in Game Programming and Gameplay Programming
Strong knowledge of Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Understanding of Game Design principles and ability to implement engaging mechanics
Experience with debugging, optimizing performance, and writing clean, efficient code
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers, designers, and artists
Familiarity with game development tools and engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related discipline is a plus

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in 2D and 3D game development
* Strong proficiency in Unity (main engine) and familiarity with Unreal Engine
* Solid understanding of game mechanics, physics, and performance optimization
* A portfolio or published projects showcasing your work on mobile games 
* Problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work onsite and be part of a close-knit, agile team
