⭐️Mid-Level PHP Developer(Symfony)

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Mid-Level PHP Developer with strong expertise in both Symfony and Laravel frameworks. You will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications, managing complex backend logic, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend components. This role is perfect for a developer who enjoys the architectural rigor of Symfony and the rapid development capabilities of Laravel.

✅Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development
Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Symfony (5/6+) and Laravel (9/10+).
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and manage database schemas using Doctrine ORM (Symfony) and Eloquent (Laravel).
Build and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
2. Architecture & Code Quality
Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to ensure code is modular and testable.
Write clean, documented code and maintain high test coverage using PHPUnit or Pest.
Perform thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
3. Frontend & Integration
Collaborate with designers to implement responsive UI components using Blade or Twig templates.
Integrate frontend logic with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Livewire/Alpine.js).
4. DevOps & Collaboration
Manage version control through Git (Gitflow methodology).
Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and containerized environments using Docker.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).

❗️Requirements:
Must reside in Damascus, Syria.
Deep understanding of PHP 8.x features and types.
3+ years of professional experience with both Symfony and Laravel.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL; knowledge of Redis for caching.
Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Microservices.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind/Bootstrap), and modern JavaScript.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex production issues.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative "team-first" mindset.
Ability to switch context between different framework philosophies efficiently.

🟰Work Setup:
Full-time position, starting remotely with a transition to on-site work in Damascus.
