⬇️ Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media.
2. Create designs, from logos to social media graphics, in a creative and professional manner.
3. Generate fresh ideas and innovative concepts to enhance the visual impact of our communication materials.
4. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to bring new and exciting elements to our projects.
5. Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.

✏️ Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
3. Proficiency in Canva
4. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus 
5. Creative thinking and outside-the-box creation.
6. Good in English.

✔️ Job Title: Ecommerce Operations & Support Specialist

❓ Shopify Product & Collection Responsibilities (40%)
1. Create and upload new products on Shopify
2. Upload and manage product images
3. Assign products to the correct collections
4. Organize and reorder products within collection pages
5. Ensure product descriptions are accurate and consistent
6. Populate related products to support discovery and upselling
7. Coordinate with the team for translations, product content, and visual assets
8. Maintain product sync across external marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Noon)

⬇️ Customer Support & Ops Responsibilities (60%)
1. Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media
2. Resolve issues quickly and professionally (returns, exchanges, refunds)
3. Coordinate with shipping providers (e.g. DHL, Aramex) on delivery issues and updates
4. Communicate with the internal Operations team to align on customer cases
5. Support ongoing ecommerce tasks as the business evolves

⭐️ What We’re Looking For
1. Strong English communication skills
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
3. Self-starter with a “figure it out” mentality
4. Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, and Shopify
